What are the primary ingredients in this product?

Each softgel contains 286 mg EPA and 214 mg DHA from fish oil, as well as 20 mg of Organic* Chia Seed Oil and 10 mg of the potent antioxidant vitamin E. Also contains an AquaCelle® absorption technology, scientifically shown to improve absorption of Omega 3 fatty acid compared to product without the AquaCelle® technology.
