I cannot log in or I have forgotten my password
If you are having problems logging on to the Amway website, ensure that you have the correct ID Number and password. Amway passwords are case sensitive. Check that the ‘Caps Lock’ is not on.
If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘Forgotten Your Password?’ link on the login page. This will allow you to get a new password. The link is located directly underneath the Log in box on the right hand side of the login panel.
Simply enter your user ID and submit. An email will be sent to the stored email address used when you registered.
