The Carb Blocker Plus inhibits 700 kilojoules per tablet or 2,100 kilojoules per three tablets. 

One tablet of the Carb Blocker Plus also inhibits 41 grams of carbohydrate, and up to 123 grams per three tablet serving. Which is more than one serving of macaroni pasta, seven slices of whole grain bread, more than ¾ cup of brown rice and more than 1 cup of oats.
