What happens if a product is not available for delivery?
Yes. Check your notification email sent 7 days before your order for any products that have the availability of 'Currently Not Available'. The email can only be sent if you set up an email address.
If a product ordered on an Autoship is ‘TNA’, the rest of the Autoship will be shipped on the Autoship date. Once the ‘TNA’ product arrives, in stock it will be sent to you without delay as a separate shipment, with no additional delivery fee.
