Do you sell spare parts for Queen Cookware®?

For many years, Amway of Australia and Amway of New Zealand have sold Queen Cookware – a high quality range of stainless steel cookware that was replaced with the iCook™ Cookware in 2002.

Queen Cookware is covered by Amway’s lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. As per the original warranty, the lifetime warranty applies only to a defect in workmanship in the product and does not apply to wear and tear or inappropriate use of the products. Amway has completed numerous reviews of Queen Cookware lifetime warranty requests, including diminishing handles, and our investigations illustrate that most, if not all, issues are due to wear and tear or misuse and not manufacturing defects. This is especially given that the Queen™ Cookware range is now over 20 years old; it is highly unlikely that any manufacturing defect would not become evident within the first 10 years of use.

Due to the discontinuance of the Queen Cookware in 2002, the Queen Cookware handles and knobs are no longer available for purchase through Amway of Australia and New Zealand. Please note that the iCook Cookware handles and knobs are designed for use with the iCook Cookware range only. We therefore advise against any attempt to utilise the iCook Cookware handles and knobs as replacement parts for the Queen Cookware handles and knobs. Any attempts to use the iCook Cookware handles and knobs or a third-party product as a replacement for the Queen Cookware handles and knobs is entirely at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any personal injuries, damages or losses incurred as a result.
