AMWAY conducts a continuing marketing research program to help develop and market new products and sales aids as well as modify and improve existing products and materials. An essential part of this research involves contacting IBOs in the field, either by telephone or mail, in order to obtain their opinions and ideas. Such research is usually conducted by AMWAY employees.
Occasionally, on very large projects, AMWAY enlists the assistance of independent marketing research companies. It is AMWAY’s policy to notify IBOs in advance that they will be contacted and that they should feel free to cooperate with the caller.
