How do I remove burnt on discolouration, oil, food and heat marks from iCook® Cookware?
Discolouration can often be removed with a little baking soda.
For burnt on oil, mix one part L.O.C. Plus™ Soft Cleanser with three parts DISH DROPS™ Dishwashing Liquid to produce a watery paste. Spread on the pan surface. Let sit for 20 minutes. Scrub gently to remove burnt on oils. Caution should be used when scrubbing the mirror finish of the cookware to prevent scratches.
For burnt on food, dilute one part L.O.C. ™ Multi-purpose Cleaner with three parts tap water. Pour mixture over burnt on food. Soak for two hours. Scrub with a mild abrasive scrubber. To remove stubborn burnt on foods, add water to the pan and heat to boil. Allow to cool and scrub using SCRUB BUDS.
For heat marks, mix one part L.O.C. Plus™ Soft Cleanser with three parts lemon juice or vinegar to make a watery paste. Spread on the surface of the pan. Let sit for 20 minutes. Scrub gently to remove the heat marks. Repeat as necessary. Caution should be used when scrubbing the mirror finish of the cookware to prevent scratches.
