Foster Sponsors will share in a portion of the International Leadership Bonus. Based on the date AMWAY receives the original application of the qualified 21% foster sponsored Independant Business (IB), it will be paid as follows:

3% to Foster Sponsor and 3% to International Sponsor for Application Forms received before 1 September 1991 (including new markets opened before 1 May 1991).

4% to Foster Sponsor and 2% to International Sponsor for Application Forms received on or after 1 September 1991 (including new markets opened on or after 1 May 1991).
