For Succession Planning, there are few ways of operating the Independant Business to ensure the inheritable proportions are handed down to your family/heirs accordingly. This can be done by:
(a) registering the IB as a legal entity; or
(b) to have the inclusion of a successor included on your IB, to a maximum or 2 IBOs listed on the IB; or
