An item on my order has been backordered. What does this mean?
We sometimes experience greater demand for an item than expected or an unforeseen delay in the shipment of goods.
In the event of a delay, these products are shown as 'Backorder' on the product detail, cart, Autoship and order history pages.
When you place an order with item(s) on backorder, these backorder items will be shipped separately once they are available.
Benefits to you:
- You will make full payment at the time of the order placement and receive the PV/BV allocated to that item or items
- Backordered items will be delivered to you free of charge when they become available
