What guarantees and warranties does Amway offer?

Amway provides a 100% 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products. If you decide a product is not satisfactory, return the unused portion of the product within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund, exchange or store credit.

This guarantee does not apply to products that have been damaged, misused or made to order for a customer or for services. In addition, some products are covered with additional warranties. For example the ARTISTRY® Skin Analyzer has a 12 month warranty. Amway products also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian or New Zealand laws.
