How do I check the status of my Autoship Order?

Once you have set up your AUTOSHIP, you will see that automatically your NEXT Monthly Order tab, and Annual Summary tabs will be activated. At any time, you can update your AUTOSHIP details.

If you’d like to know which products you are scheduled to receive in your NEXT Monthly Order, then click on the NEXT Monthly Order tab to view it. It is in this tab that you can make modifications to just your NEXT Monthly Order alone, without affecting your AUTOSHIP Dashboard at all.

You can check and update your NEXT Monthly Order at any time prior to the “Next Order Date” guided by the count-down of the Days and Hours left to amend your order. All changes made on the NEXT Monthly Order pertain only to the NEXT Monthly Order. It is a fantastic way to add any last minute product trials or modify your order quantities.
