Can I use the base serum alone?

No.  The Base Serum is formulated to activate each Amplifier, blending them into the ideal concentration so they are perfectly balanced on skin.  The Base Serum increases the penetration of the highly concentrated ingredients of the Amplifiers by up to 175% when used together.
