- Login to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz
- Go to 'My Account'
- Click on 'PROFILE'
- Click on 'CHANGE AMWAY ID'
(you won't see this option if you still login using your IBO or Customer Number)
- Enter a new Email or Mobile Phone Number and click 'CHANGE YOUR AMWAY ID'
- Review your email and click 'YES, I CONFIRM'
- A verification code will be sent to your new email or mobile phone number
- Enter this verification code and click 'VERIFY'
- Once you see the success screen, click 'CONTINUE TO AMWAY' to return to your My Account
