First, clear your cache and history in your web browser.
Your cache is temporary information stored on your local computer eg about the old website. By clearing the cache, your computer should be able to display the new website. To clear the cache, just follow the prompts of your web browser (or google if you are unsure).
For Safari users please follow the below instruction:
- Go to settings
- Scroll to “Safari” and click on “safari”
- Scroll to “Advance” options (it’s last option on the page)
- Click on “Website Data”
- Click on “edit” from top right corner, select amway.com.au and delete
Second, upgrade your web browser to the latest version.
We have designed our new website with the latest versions in mind. So by updating your web browser, you should get the best experience possible. To update your web browser, just follow the prompts of your web browser (or again google).
Thirdly, try the old IT Helpdesk suggestion of turning everything off & on again. Sometimes it works!
