Why is My Dashboard missing performance items such as PV/BV?
First, clear your cache and history in your web browser.
Your cache is temporary information stored on your local computer eg about the old website. By clearing the cache, your computer should be able to display the new website. To clear the cache, just follow the prompts of your web browser (or google if you are unsure).
For Safari users please follow the below instruction:
- Open up your Safari web browser.
- To see your browsing history, click on the middle blue icon at the bottom of the screen (book icon).
- First option to delete history is to swipe from right to left on each of the listings to delete them. Aim to delete the amway.com.au history items. The second option is to click on ‘Clear’ at the bottom right of the screen. Choose to delete history from ‘All time’.
Secondly, upgrade your web browser to the latest version.
We have designed our new website with the latest versions in mind. So by updating your web browser, you should get the best experience possible. To update your web browser, just follow the prompts of your web browser (or again google).
Thirdly, try the old IT Helpdesk suggestion of turning everything off & on again. Sometimes it works!
