Consuming XS Muscle Multiplier on an empty stomach prior to any Essential Amino Acids (EAA) deficiency would be ideal. Realistically, you cannot always perfectly plan to have balanced levels of EAAs or even a surplus. The best times to consume is prior, during or after exercise and upon waking up in the morning to quickly re-infuse EAAs after 6-8+ hours of not eating.
