Autoship Product Item Statuses Explained
No Longer Available (NLA)
- This product has been discontinued
- Products that are No Longer Available will not count to your Autoship order and PV/BV total
- These products won't be shipped in your Monthly order, and will appear greyed out in your Autoship Dashboard and Monthly Summary
- NLA products can easily be removed from your Dashboard or Monthly Summary view by clicking ‘Remove’
Temporarily Not Available (TNA)
- This product is not currently available, often due to production delays or other external factors such as Global COVID delays
- Products that are Temporarily Not Available will not count to your Autoship order and PV/BV total
- These products won't be shipped in your Monthly order, and will appear greyed out in your Autoship Dashboard and Monthly Summary
- TNA products can easily be removed from your Dashboard or Monthly Summary view by clicking ‘Remove’
- You can find more information on expected availability in the TNA Report, which can be found on the IBO Dashboard or by searching for 'TNA Report' on amway.com.au or amway.co.nz
Backorder
- This product is not currently in stock, but is expected to be restocked soon
- Products that are Backorder will be included in your Autoship order and PV/BV total
- When we receive the stock the backorder products, they will be shipped separately at no additional cost to you
In Stock
- This product is available in our warehouse and will be shipped to you once your Autoship order drops and is processed by our warehouse team
