How often do we replace the AMBREEZE filters?

A red light will glow on the REPLACE FILTER indicator when there is a need to replace your
HEPA filter and the activated carbon filter.

Pre-filter: The pre-filter can be used for up to two years before replacing.
HEPA and carbon filter: The HEPA and Carbon filters have the same lifespan of 6 months,
depending on air quality and regular maintenance. Every three months or as required, take
out the HEPA and activated carbon filter and dry it in a clean area under direct sunlight using
a vacuum cleaner under low speed (only for the HEPA filter) or soft brush to clean off dust
particles from the filter. This will help to extend the life of both filters and provide optimum
performance.

UV-C light bulb: The UV-C light bulb should be replaced every 10,000 hours of use. This means
that if you operate your unit 24 hours per day for 7 days of the year, then you will need to
replace the UV-C light bulb after 59.5 weeks. This can be conducted by an Amway technician.
