How much weight can I expect to lose if I follow the BODYKEY® program?
You can determine your own weight loss goal. Amway cannot guarantee that your use of the program will reduce your weight or improve your fitness level, however for healthy weight loss, we encourage you to aim for an average of 1kg per week through healthy eating and a stable exercise plan. Upon completion of the BODYKEY Personalised Assessment, each individual has different eating and exercise plans designed just for them to maximise their success.
