What do I need the stepless speed control for in the Nutriway™ Blender?

Use the Stepless Speed Control setting to achieve the consistency you want for the recipe you’re making. The setting allows you to adjust speed according to whether you’re making a drink, smoothie, mocktail or emulsions, such as mayonnaise, dressings, marinades, purees, dips, sauces, or soups. It’s also great for mixing other food ingredients to create mixes like batter, for pureeing and for adding air to liquids.
