Why does the Artistry Studio™ Skincare Glow + Moisture Ampoule 303185V not have a pump/dipstick?

It has a piston in the base under the product that moves up the bottle, scraping the side wall as it is pulled up by vacuum as product is dispensed. The piston may not be visible at first as it is in the base and then behind green band, as it travels up pump appears airless, with no dip tube and has that short stem that sits in top of product.

Dispense in any orientation, upright or slight angle is best, no need to hold inverted. If pump is not dispensing right away, pump 7-8 times to remove the air.
