Why are downlines names coloured in Grey in my LOS Map?

The legend will advise that an IBO is an 'Inactive User' when they are coloured in grey.  This means they have either resigned, or not renewed their membership, or have not completed the Paperless Application and have passed the 30 days, therefore, our Business Unit Department require a hard copy of the Registration.
